What are your operational hours?

We are operational from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM. 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver. Click here to order online. 

What are your delivery areas?

Currently, we are delivering in Delhi-NCR. 

I want to get a cake delivered today, How early should I place the order?

Same day delivery will be possible to selected areas only (Areas upto 10 KM) for orders placed before 6 PM. Any order received post 6 PM will be delivered the next day. 

Is there any minimum order value required for placing the order?

Minimum order value for placing the online order is Rs. 350.

What is the earliest and latest possible time one can get the order delivered?

Your order can be delivered earliest at 10 AM and latest by 12 PM. 

Do you do midnight deliveries?

Yes we do midnight deliveries.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes we do deliver on weekends and public holidays, Deliveries will not be done under uncontrollable situations like bad weather/natural calamity/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. 

Are there any delivery charges?

Delivery charges may vary from location to location. When you will provide the pin code while placing your order our website will automatically show you the delivery charges of that particular location. Our delivery charges range from Rs.0-Rs. 300. 

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

No, there are no hidden charges. Prices are inclusive of taxes. Delivery charges for your location may be applicable. 

Are your cakes eggless?

Yes, all our cakes are eggless. Few specialised cakes may contain egg, but the same will be marked on the order page or eggless alternative (if available) will be provided to choose. 

What other items can I send with the cake?

You can add flowers, chocolates, party props,  other desserts from our menu or even get a customised edible hamper. 

Can I add a message on the cake or a personal note on my order?

Sure, please mention the details in the Message on cake/special instructions tab while placing your order. If missed, please send us an email on info@doughandcream.com mentioning your Order ID and Add Special Instructions in the subject , we will update the same.

Will the delivered product be exactly identical to the picture on the website?

Items displayed on the website might differ from the item delivered. We keep working on the designs of the product. 

Can I order a customised cake?

Yes, we can customise cake according to any occasion/event including first birthdays, baby showers, weddings, anniversary and other milestone events. 

Do you use fondant for making customised cakes?

Yes, we use fondant (edible sugar paste) for making the customised cake. 

Do you make photo cake?

Yes, we make photo cakes. You can share the image with us to customise or can pick from the options provided. The picture is edible. 

Can I amend/make changes to my existing order (Add Items/Remove Items/Replace Items etc./Change Date/Change Time/Change Address)?

To make changes to your existing order, Please write us at info@doughandcream.com with subject Change in order #OrderID

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Please write us at  info@doughandcream.com regarding the issue. Our respective team will get back to you.

I want to cancel my order, how can I do that?

For cancelling the order, write us at info@doughandcream.com with subject Cancel My Order #OrderID

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Pre orders can only be cancelled 24 hours (For custom cakes, 72 hours) with full refund. Same day cancellations can’t be processed and will be non refundable. 

 I am unable to make the payment online?

Do you provide COD?

No, we don’t provide COD

Is it necessary to have an account with Dough & Cream for placing the order?

Yes, you are required to create an account with us for placing the order 

Do you make gift hampers/party favours?

Yes, we make customised gift hampers/party favours for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and corporate events.  

Do you offer specialised services for corporates?

We offer snack boxes, cakes, dessert tables and gift hampers for corporates. 

Do you make wedding cakes?

Yes, we make wedding cakes.

Do you offer tasting of products?

Yes, we offer tasting of products for selected orders. 

Do you provide franchisees of your brand?

No, we don’t provide franchisees of our brand.

I need bakery products for my cafe or store, do you offer that?

Yes, we can provide both finished and semi finished products to cafes and store. These include pastries, snacks, breads and cookies. 

Do you offer healthy desserts and food?

Yes, we offer healthy desserts and food options. These can be made on order. Write to us info@doughandcream.com

Do you offer vegan/gluten-free/sugar-free dessert and food options?

Yes, we can offer vegan/gluten-free/sugar-free dessert and food options. These can be made on order. Write to us info@doughandcream.com

How much advance payment is required for booking a customised cake?

50% advance payment is required to place an order for a customised cake. 

Do you offer catering service for events?

Yes, we offer catering services for hi-tea and other small events.
