Once our system processes your order, your products are prepared fresh.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Delivery of the products will be done to the provided address only, any changes in the location will attract additional charges.
Delivery time or date quoted are approximate and may vary sometimes.
In case of late delivery, the delivery charges will not be voided or refunded in any case by us.
If you fail to receive the order due to wrong/inaccurate delivery address/locked premises/order refusal by the recipient/non answering of calls/order dropped at reception, neighborhood, gate etc.and we fail to deliver due to wrong or incomplete instructions from your end, then the order will be deemed as executed and no refund will be made. In such cases, if re-delivery is scheduled, charges will be applicable for the same.
Estimated delivery time will depend on the availability of the product and the location. Once calculated the same will be informed, in case, there is any delay the same will be communicated beforehand only.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ natural calamity/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date or time.
Any amendments in the time of delivery or address to be done at least 4 hours prior to delivery time.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
Shipping charges are calculated as per the provided location and will be added at the time of the checkout.
